The moon is as mysterious to an animal as it is to a young child. A fish looking up at a new moon through rippling water thinks it's a wriggly worm. To a monkey, the crescent moon looks like a delicious banana. To the mice, the half-moon looks like cheese...In this picture book, with die-cuts throughout, the moon takes on many guises, getting bigger and bigger until a full moon shines on a little boy.
